Its because of dancing and their constantly exercising, that some young womens body never developed into a grown woman. Breast tissue is reduced in size for many dancers even as old as 19 years old, their breast size is of a young teen girl. Yet it is something to admire to see small perfect breasts in leotards. These young women are very cute and there is something to be said about a girl who can stay petite.
